Before You Write
A few quick answers that resolve most of the messages we receive:
- "My file won't convert." Try a smaller test file first. Most failures are caused by exceeding your browser's memory limit — a 4 GB video on a tab capped at 2 GB of RAM will not finish, no matter the format.
- "Is the result really private?" Yes. Open your browser's Network tab during a conversion — you'll see zero outbound upload traffic.
- "Do you support format X?" Check the converters page first; if you don't see it there, use the form below and we'll add it to our backlog.
- Response time: We read every message and typically reply within 2–3 business days. Bug reports with screenshots and steps to reproduce get the fastest fix.
